Um, this is real.*

(* = Three Amigos quotation for other fans out there) Our house has been overtaken by boxes. We've made a good start on packing, but it's hard to tell how much longer it's going to take when we return from Italy. Some of you may know that I (Sarah) am not great at time estimation. If I think it will take an hour, it will definitely take longer. Seth's last day at work was Wednesday--a much anticipated day. Since then, we have been very busy with lots of phone calls, doctor appointments, packing, decisions, and multiple farewell events with friends and family. On Thursday, we enjoyed dinner with Seth's Grandma LaMoine and mom Jan. Tonight, we had a great cook-out (graciously hosted by Heather & Allen Wahl!) with some of our friends from church/our small group. We have been very blessed during our years at Bethany Community Church, and we'll miss these friends.
Our friend Stephanie arrives tomorrow and after a few days of packing and last-minute-Italy-planning-sessions, we take off for Italy on Tuesday. When we come back, we have one week left as Seattlites. It's all happening fast!
